Abstract:
Starting from the action function, we have derived a theoretical
background that leads to the quantization of gravity and
the deduction of a correlation between the gravitational
and inertial masses, which depends on the kinetic momentum
of the particle. We show that there is a reaffirmation
of the strong equivalence principle and, consequently,
Einstein's equations are preserved. In fact, such equations
are deduced here directly from this approach to Gravity.
Moreover, we have obtained a generalized equation for
inertial forces, which incorporates the Mach's principle
into Gravitation. Also, we have deduced the equation of
Entropy; the Hamiltonian for a particle in an electromagnetic
field and the reciprocal fine structure constant. It is
possible to deduce the expression of the Casimir force
and also to explain the Inflation Period and the Missing
Matter, without assuming the existence of vacuum fluctuations.
This new approach to Gravity will allow us to understand
some crucial matters in Cosmology.

Abstract:
It is shown that the gravity acceleration just above a
chamber filled with gas or plasma at ultra-low pressure
can be strongly reduced by applying an Extra Low-Frequency
(ELF) electromagnetic field across the gas or the plasma.
This Gravitational Shielding Effect is related to recent
discovery of quantum correlation between gravitational
mass and inertial mass. According to the theory samples
hung above the gas or the plasma should exhibit a weight
decrease when the frequency of the electromagnetic field
is decreased or when the intensity of the electromagnetic
field is increased. This Gravitational Shielding Effect
is unprecedented in the literature and can not be understood
in the framework of the General Relativity. From the technical
point of view, there are several applications for this
discovery; possibly it will change the paradigms of energy
generation, transportation and telecommunications.

The
Gravity Control Cell
A
device called, the
Gravity Control Cell, which has the property
of reducing, to annul, to invert and to intensify the
intensity of the local gravity, has been developed
starting from the discovery of the quantum correlation
between the gravitational mass and inertial mass published
in the article " Mathematical Foundations of the Relativistic
Theory of Quantum Gravity ", Copyright © 2002-2008 by
Fran De Aquino, available at: arXiv - physics/0212033.
In this article, it was shown that any body submitted
to the action of an electromagnetic field has its gravitational
mass reduced and that the gravity acceleration in any
traverse direction to the body is reduced at the same
proportion in which the gravitational mass of the body
it was reduced. According to this principle, here called
of General Principle of Gravity Control,
the change in the gravitational mass of the body,
and in the gravity acceleration in any transverse direction
to the body, is directly proportional to the product
of the refraction index by the density of electromagnetic
energy applied upon the body, and inversely proportional
to the mass density of the body (q.v. "Mathematical
Foundations of the Relativistic Theory of Quantum Gravity").
The use of gas or plasma at ultra-low pressure in the
Gravity Control Cells elapses from the fact that the gases
or plasmas have low mass density and, as smaller the smaller
pressure also the mass density of the gas or plasma. The
Gravity Control Cell is a device absolutely unprecedented
in the literature. From the technological viewpoint, there
are several applications for this invention; possibly
it will change the paradigms of the energy
generation ( G

),
transportation and telecommunications.

the Gravity Control Cells can be used to convert gravitational(G)
energy into rotational mechanical energy. Thus, starting
from this Gravitational Motor it is possible to
get electric energy by means of a conventional
electric generator coupled to the Gravitational Motor.
The Gravity Control Cells can also be used to yield thrust.
In this case the thruster system, called of Gravitational
Thruster can produce several Kilonewtons. These
Gravitational Thrusters can be used as basic
elements of propulsion in the most of transport systems,
and certainly they will have applications in the most
several industrial processes; this technology probably
will find several applications in other areas of the human
activity. They can still be used in the construction of
a Gravitational Press of Ultra-high Pressure,
as detailed in the article "Gravity Control by means of
Electromagnetic Field through Gas or Plasma at Ultra-Low
Pressure ". In aerospace spacecrafts (Gravitational
Spacecrafts) they will have a lot of applications,
for example, to produce artificial gravity inside
the spacecraft. As a consequence of General Principle
of Gravity Control, and of the advent of the "Gravity
Control Cells" arises then a new concept of spacecraft
and aerospace flight, it also appears a new benefit
for the area of the telecommunications with
the possibility of building transmitters and receivers
whose operation are based on the method of gravity control
here described. These systems can be also projected for
wireless electric power transmission. (q.v.

A
Célula de Controle de Gravidade
Um
dispositivo, denominado Célula de Controle de Gravidade,
que tem a propriedade de reduzir, anular, inverter
e intensificar a intensidade da gravidade local foi
desenvolvido a apartir da descoberta da existência de
correlação entre a massa gravitacional e massa inercial

Neste artigo mostra-se que qualquer substancia submetida
à ação de um campo eletromagnético tem sua massa gravitacional
reduzida, e que a aceleração da gravidade em qualquer
direção transversal à substancia fica reduzida na mesma
proporção em que a massa gravitacional da substancia foi
reduzida. De acordo com esse princípio, denominado aqui
de Principio Geral de Controle de Gravidade,
a alteração na massa gravitacional da substancia e na
aceleração da gravidade em qualquer direção transversal
a substancia é diretamente proporcional ao produto da
densidade de energia eletromagnética aplicada pelo índice
de refração, e inversamente proporcional à densidade de
massa da substancia (q.v. "Mathematical Foundations of
the Relativistic Theory of Quantum Gravity" ) . O uso
de gás, em ultra-baixa pressão, decorre do fato de que
os gases têm baixa densidade de massa e, quanto menor
a pressão menor também a densidade de massa do gás. A
"Célula de Controle de Gravidade" é um dispositivo sem
precedente na literatura. Do ponto de vista tecnológico,
existem diversas aplicações para esta invenção; certamente
ela mudará os paradigmas de geração
de energia (
ENERGIA
G),
transportes e telecomunicações
. Conforme mostrado no artigo "Gravity Control by means
of Electromagnetic Field through Gas at Ultra-Low Pressure"
as "Células de Controle de Gravidade" podem ser utilizadas
para converter energia gravitacional em energia mecânica
de rotação, e a partir deste Motor Gravitacional
gerar energia elétrica por meio
de um gerador de energia elétrica convencional, acoplado
ao Motor Gravitacional. Elas também podem ser usadas para
produzir propulsão, neste caso o sistema propulsor,
denominado de Propulsor Gravitacional pode
produzir empuxos de até varias centenas de Kilonewtons.
Estes propulsores gravitacionais podem ser utilizados
como elementos básicos de impulsão no projeto dos mais
variados sistemas de transporte, certamente terão aplicações,
nos mais diversos processos industriais, provavelmente
esta tecnologia encontre aplicações numa infinidade de
outras áreas da atividade humana. Podem ainda ser usadas
na construção de uma prensa Gravitacional de Ultra-Alta
Pressão, conforme detalhado no artigo "Gravity
Control by means of Electromagnetic Field through Gas
at Ultra-Low Pressure". Em naves aeroespaciais (Espaçonave
Gravitacional)elas têm muitas aplicações, por
exemplo, para produzir gravidade artificial no interior
da nave. Como conseqüência do Principio Geral
de Controle de Gravidade e das "Células de Controle de
Gravidade" surge então um novo conceito de espaçonave
e vôo aeroespacial, surge também um novo benefício
para a área das telecomunicações com a possibilidade
de serem construídos transmissores e receptores cujo funcionamento
se fundamenta no método de controle da gravidade aqui
descrito. Estes sistemas podem também serem projetados
para transmissão de potencia
elétrica sem o uso fios elétricos. (q.v."Gravity

The
existence of imaginary mass associated to the neutrino
is already well-known. Although its imaginary mass is
not physically observable, its square is. This amount
is found experimentally to be negative. Recently, it was
shown that quanta of imaginary mass exist associated to
the electron and the photon too. These imaginary masses
have unusual properties that violate the Parity Conservation
Principle. The non-conservation of the parity is also
found in the weak interactions, and possibly can be explained
by means of the existence of the imaginary masses. Also
protons and neutrons would have imaginary masses associated
to them and, in this way, atoms and molecules would also
have imaginary masses directly proportional to their atomic
and molecular masses. The Parity Conservation Principle
holds that the material particles are not able to distinguish
their right from their left. The non-conservation of the
parity would necessarily imply capability of "choice".
Thus, as the particles with imaginary mass don't conserve
the parity, they would have the elementary capability
of "choosing between their right or left". Where there
is "choice" isn't there also psychism, by definition?
This fundamental discovery shows that, in some way, the
consciousnesses are related to the imaginary masses. This
fact, make it possible to redefine Psychology on a Quantum
Physics basis.
A
existência de massa imaginária associada ao neutrino é
bem conhecida. Embora sua massa imaginária não seja fisicamente
observável, seu quadrado é. Experimentalmente, verificou-se
que esta quantidade é negativa. Recentemente foi mostrado
que também existem quanta de massa imaginária associadas
ao elétron e ao fóton. Essas massas imaginárias possuem
propriedades inusitadas que violam o Principio de Conservação
da Paridade. A não-conservação da paridade é também encontrada
nas interações fracas, e possivelmente pode ser explicada
pela existência das massas imaginárias. Também prótons
e nêutrons devem ter massas imaginárias associadas a eles
e, desse modo átomos e moléculas teriam também massas
imaginárias diretamente proporcionais às suas massas atômicas
e moleculares. O Principio de Conservação da Paridade
estipula que a matéria deve ser incapaz de distinguir
sua direita de sua esquerda. A não-conservação da paridade
implicaria necessariamente na capacidade de "escolha".
Assim, como as partículas com massa imaginária não conservam
a paridade, elas teriam a capacidade elementar de "escolher"
entre sua direita ou esquerda. Onde há "escolha", não
há também psiquismo por definição? Esta descoberta fundamental
mostra que, de alguma forma, as consciências estão relacionadas
às massas imaginárias. Este fato, torna possível redefinir
a Psicologia com base na Física Quântica.
